"Move Strong" Workout for TRX

First taught at Chica GO Tri Camp - 2010 for Women Triathletes. A total body workout that can be fit into 20 mins or can be mixed with interval cardio for a longer workout. Start with 30 secs of each movement with 15 sec transition time, moving toward 60 sec of work with little to no transition time. Great intro to TRX, or can be accelerated to become a great workout for veterans of TRX!
