Exercise: Body as Equipment - Challenge #1

Who says you need to go to the gym to get a good workout? Got a body? Then you've got enough to make a challenging, results-delivering workout - IF you know how to use it properly! Watch our Lead Personal Trainer Drew use his body as equipment & then try to traing along with him or make up your own similar circuit.

First challenge: 2 mins, build up to 5 straight minutes!
